Formerly OshCon California Division, West Meridian Roofing is a roofing company in Upland, California offering services for residential and commercial roofing, patio structures, porches, and decks. Our owners are passionate about providing opportunities for their family and friends within their company and serving the community with the work that they do. We service a 40 mile radius around Upland, including servicing Los Angeles, Riverside, Orange and San Bernadino counties. We pride ourselves on our honesty, professionalism and excellent workmanship on each project we undertake and are known for completing our projects ahead of and on schedule. We have built a great reputation with the cities in obtaining permits and passing inspections. Since 2008, we have been dedicated to providing high-quality construction services. In June 2022, OshCon California was bought by two brothers that had been working for and managing it. The brothers rebranded OshCon to the company you know and love, West Meridian.
Jeremiah Estrada
Owner
In the construction industry since he was 16, Jeremiah has grown quickly in the trade and business. He gained experience in framing, roofing, and concrete while learning from some of the best in the industry. His main expertise is his business mindset and dynamic salesmanship. After high school he began working for the owners of OshCon California. In 2019, he partnered with the Oshea brothers, who now live in the Midwest, and helped them expand in the California market. In June of 2022 Jeremiah and his brother Eli bought OshCon California and have since rebranded to West Meridian. Jeremiah has a strong vision to continue improving the company and be known as the reliable and trustworthy contractor based in Ontario and servicing Los Angeles, Riverside, Orange and San Bernadino counties. Jeremiah is an elder in the Church of God and his heart and passion are in ministry. He loves studying history, hiking, and going to the beach with his family. You can definitely find him playing basketball, soccer, pickle ball and being active on the weekends with family and friends. Also an avid foodie, if he's not at the gym you'll probably find him at a restaurant.
Eli Estrada
Owner
Eli has been in the construction industry since he was 14 years old. Working during the summers for the previous owners, he learned a lot about the business and became skilled at framing, roofing, and concrete projects. In the fall of 2020, Eli and his brother Jeremiah partnered with the owners of OshCon construction to help manage the company and by June of 2022 bought the company and rebranded to West Meridian. Eli is passionate about learning. You can find him reading, listening to podcasts and gathering information from other experts in business to gain more knowledge. Outside of working, Eli enjoys being active and living a healthy lifestyle. Recently engaged, he is set to marry his fiancé in October 2023.
